Fall 2009 Award Photos During the Fall 2009 meeting several members were recognized for recent achievements. Khalaf Ai-Latayfeh received the NISOA Region VIII Referee of the Year. Mike Oliver was recognized with an award of GCC Lifetime Membership and Eddie Braun was announced as the inaugural winner of the Dick Giebner Meritorious Service Award.
