Rules for Junior Colleges only.
Substitution:
Unlimited Reentry (clock does not stop during the last five minutes of the game).
When Allowed: Same as NCAA Soccer Rule Book.
Yellow Card:
Player getting the caution must leave the game and be substituted, or the team can play short until the next allowable
substitution for the cautioned player.
